(C) VALU ATION.— (i) I N GE NE R AL.—The values of the land involved in the land exchange under subparagraph (A) shall be equal unless the non-Federal land is of higher value than the Federal land. (ii) EQ UALI Z ATION.—If the values of the land are not equal, the values may be equali z ed by donation, payment using donated or appropriated funds, or the conveyance of additional parcels of land. (D) A P PRAISAL.—Before the exchange of land under subparagraph (A), appraisals for the Federal and non-Fed- eral land shall be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal L and Acquisitions and the Uniform Standards of P rofessional Appraisal Practice. (E) TE CH NICAL CORRECTIONS.—Subject to the agree- ment of the Company, the Secretary may ma k e minor corrections to correct technical and clerical errors in the legal descriptions of the Federal and non-Federal land and minor adjustments to the boundaries of the Federal and non-Federal land. (F) AD M INISTRATION O F LAND ACQUIRED BY SEC- RETARY.—Land acquired by the Secretary under subpara- graph (A) shall— (i) become part of the N ational Park

and (ii) be administered in accordance with the laws applicable to the National Park System. ( 4 ) M AP.—The map shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service. ( 5 ) BOUNDARY RE V ISION.— O n completion of the land exchanges authorized by this subsection, the Secretary shall adjust the boundary of the National Park accordingly, including removing the land conveyed out of Federal ownership. SEC.7108 . KAL A UP APA N A TIO NAL H ISTO R ICAL PARK. (a) IN G ENERAL.—The Secretary of the Interior shall authorize K a ‘Ohana O Kalaupapa, a non-profit organization consisting of patient residents at Kalaupapa National H istorical Park, and their family members and friends, to establish a memorial at a suitable location or locations approved by the Secretary at Kalawao or Kalaupapa within the boundaries of Kalaupapa National Historical Park located on the island of Molokai, in the State of Hawaii, to honor and perpetuate the memory of those individuals who were forcibly relocated to Kalaupapa Peninsula from 186 6to1 9 69.
