(f) D E S C RI PT ION O F PROPERT Y .— T hee x act acreage and legal description of the real property to be conveyed under this section shall be determined by a survey satisfactory to the Secretary. (g) A D DITIONA L TER M AND CONDITIONS.—The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under this section as the Secretary considers appro- priate to protect the interests of the United States. SEC.285 2. R E L E A SE OF RE V ERS I O N AR Y IN T EREST , CA MPJ OSEP H T. RO B INSON, AR K ANSAS. The United States releases to the State of Ar k ansas the rever- sionary interest described in sections 2 and 3 of the Act entitled ‘ ‘An Act authori z ing the transfer of part of Camp J oseph T. Robinson to the State of Arkansas ’ ’’’, approved June 30, 19 5 0 (64 Stat. 311, chapter 429), in and to the surface estate of the land constituting Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas, which is comprised of 40.515 acres of land to be acquired by the United States of America and 40.513 acres to be acquired by the City of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and lies in sections 6, 8, and 9 of township 2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas. SEC. 285 3 . TRANSFER OF A D MINISTRATIVE J U RISDICTION, PORT CHI - CA G O NAVAL MAGA Z INE, CALIFORNIA. (a) TRANSFER RE QU IRED

ADMINISTRATION.—Section 203 of the Port Chicago National M emorial Act of 1992 (Public Law 102 – 562; 16 U.S.C. 431 note; 106 Stat. 4235) is amended by striking subsection (c) and inserting the following new subsections

‘‘(c) ADMINISTRATION.—The Secretary of the I nterior shall administer the Port Chicago Naval Magazine National Memorial as a unit of the National Park System in accordance with this Act and laws generally applicable to units of the National Park System, including the National Park Service O rganic Act (39 Stat. 535; 16 U.S.C. 1 et seq.) and the Act of August 21, 1935 (49 Stat. 666; 16 U.S.C. 461 et seq.). Land transferred to the administra- tive jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior under subsection (d) shall be administered in accordance with this subsection. ‘‘(d) TRANSFER OF LAND.—The Secretary of the Army shall transfer to the Secretary of the Interior administrative jurisdiction over of a parcel of land consisting of approximately five acres, depicted within the proposed boundary on the map entitled ‘Port Chicago Naval Magazine National Memorial, Proposed B oundary’, numbered 018 / 80,001, and dated August 2005, if the Secretary of the Army determines that the land is in excess to military needs. At the time of the transfer of administrative jurisdiction, the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Interior shall enter into an agreement to determine the responsibilities of the respective agencies in the application of, or obligation to comply with, any applicable environmental law affecting the transferred Contrac t s.De ter mi nation.
