FEDERAL RAILROAD ADMINISTRATION SAFETY AND OPERATIONS For necessary expenses of the Federal Railroad Administration, not otherwise provided for, $159,445,000, of which $12,26 8 ,890 shall remain available until expended. RAILROAD RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT For necessary expenses for railroad research and development, $33,950,000, to remain available until expended.
