Fitzgibbon, late major of the four- S P°§s§.‘2“ *9 teeuth Michigan volunteer infantry, upon the pension rolls, at twenty-five bg:' 1mg3b` dollars per month from the first day of 1\Iay, one thousand eight hundred _ and sixtydive: Provided, That in the event of the marriage or death of P"°""°‘ said Sarah Fitzgibbon, that the pension allowed by this act shall be continued to the children of the late Major Thomas C. Nethaway, of the town of Ohio, county of Herkimer, P°¤Si°*;:¤]~h and State of New York, widow of David Nethaway, late of the eighty- gg; W' ° °' first regiment New York volunteers; the said pension to begin on the twenty-ninth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue during her widowhood, at the rate allowed by law to the widow 0f a tint lieutenant.
