Sec. 106. And be it further enacted, That all actions, suits, eontrover- _Circutt. and sies, and cases arising under the copyright laws of the United States shall g;';t{',f,§,§Q'§'2:,;°§ be originally cognizable, as well in equity as at law, whether civil or to have jurisdicpenal in their nature, by the circuit courts of the United States, or any *i°“ °f °°PY"i8h‘ district court having the jurisdiction of a circuit court, or in the supreme °uS°S' court of the District of Columbia, or any Territory. And the court shall Equity powers. have power, upon bill in equity, filed by any party aggrieved, to grant iujunctions to prevent the violation of any right secured by said laws, according to the course and principles of courts of equity, on such terms as the court may deem reasonable. Src. 107. And be it further enacted, That a writ of error or appeal to Wits °*` °¤`°•` the Supreme Court of the United States shall lie from all judgments and md °pp°“lS` decrees of any court, in any action, suit, controversy, or case touching copyrights in the same manner and under the same circumstances as in other judgments and decrees of such courts, without regard to the sum or value in controversy. Sec. 108. And be it further enacted, That in all recoveries under the 0***- copyright laws, either for damages, forfeitures, or penalties, full costs shall be allowed thereon. Sec. 109.
