R. Callahan, of Charlton, Iowa, who was a volunteer serving with the first regiment of Ohio volunteers in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and to pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the first day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, and to continue during his natural life.
