Bussell for seven years from and after the issue of the extension: Provided, That Proviso. no damages shall be collected of any person for an infringement of said patent between the time of the expiration of said patent and the time of the renewal of the same, nor in respect of any article manufactured between said extension and renewal, nor shall any right exist to prevent the use of any such article so manufactured between said extension and renewal.
