Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in 0'ongress assembled, That the Secretary of the D. M. Ha.m1i¤. hc, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to D. M. Hamlin the P**Ym°¤* *0- sum of fifty-six dollars and twenty-nve cents, the same being his salary as a member of the Capitol police force, hom the eighth to the thirty-nrst of July, eighteen hundred and seventy-nine; and an amount sufficient to pay the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
