Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rqcresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ln- J<>b¤_R°bbi¤* terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°“*“°“‘ pension-roll. subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the name of John Robbins. late a private in Company A, Second Illinois Volunteers (Mexican \Var) at the rate of twenty four dollars per month; the same to be in lieu of any pension now received, Approved, July 5, 1884. CHAP. 241.-An act to reinstate Cornelius Fitzgerald on the pension roll. July 5, 1884. Bt it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- Cornelius Fitzterior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to reinstate the name 30W1d-. of Cornelius Fitzgerald, late a private in Company G, One hundred and PWS10D' sixth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and holding certificate numbered one hundred and twenty seven thousand two hundred and sixty nine, on the pension roll, and that he be paid his pension as provided by law from the date of the suspension of the same, Approved, July 5, 1884. CHAP. 242.-An act for the relief of Mary G. Hawk July 5, 1884. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the In- ¥“’¥ G· H‘"'k· terior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °°m°n' pension-roll the name of Mary G. Hawk, widow of Robert M. A. Hawk, deceased, late a captain and brevet Major in the Ninety second Regiment Illinois Volunteers, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws.
