For current expenses of the Government Hospital for the Insane: 0¤rr¤¤*= ¤¤- For support, clothing, and treatment in the Government Hospital for P""’°"· the Insane of the insane from the Army and Navy, Marine Corps, and Revenue-Cutter Service, persons charged with or convicted of crimes against the United States, inmates of the National Homes for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, and of all persons who have become insane since their entry into the military or naval service of the United States, and who are indigent, one hundred and ninety~five thousand dollars; and not exceeding one thousand dollars of this sum may be expended in defraying the expenses of the removal of patients to their triends. For the buildings and grounds of the Government Hospital for the Insane, as follows: _ For general repairs and improvements, ten thousand dollars.
