Davis, latea private in Company B, Eighty-ninth Regiment of Illinois Infantry Volunteers. Approved, July 5, 1888. CHAP. 543.-—An act for the relief of Friedericke Ralf. July 5.1888. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary §gf£g;i°k¤ Raft of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place ' on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations o the pension laws, the name of Friedericke Ralf, widow of the late Theodore Ralf, a private in Battery K, Second Regiment United States Artillery. Approved, July 5, 1888. CHAP 544.-An act for the relief of Samuel E. Wyman. July 5- $$8- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary wY¤¤¤· of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Samuel E. Wgman, late of Company G, Fifth Regiment Massachusetts Infantry olunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 5, 1888. CHAP. 545.-—An act for the relief of James H. Orr. July 6.1888. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatires of the United States og America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary 1—§;g‘s<;;n*‘- O"- of the Interior e, and he hereby is. instructed to place on the pension- ‘ roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James H. (grr, late private in Company D, Twenty-first Regiment Wisconsin Volunteers, and to pay to is legally-constituted guardian the pension to which he will be entitled to under this act. Approved, July 5, 1888. CHAP. 546.—An act for the relief of Arma M. Thiele. S July 5. 1888. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the _ United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gB¤;*n¢j{·l€¤P*·$;*;a_ ` of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to reinstate the name of Anna M. Thiele on the pension-roll, and pay to her the same amount of pension to which she was entitled, and for which she was rated as the widow of Peter Simonson, deceased, late captain of the Fifth Indiana Battery, and chief of artillery on the staff of General Stanley.
