July 5. 1888- Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assem led, That the Secretary },"*°*¥·¤S P·°*=*°¤·I of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place mm m° _on the pension—roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas enson, late a private in Company A, Thirty-second Regiment Maine Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the amount he is now receiving. Approved, July 5, 1888. CHAP. 563.-An act granting an increase of pension to Elias Shafer. July 5, 1888. Be it enacted. by the Senate and House of Representatives of the · United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary §§;•gk§;*g¤=· md of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place cm ` on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of law, the name of Elias Shafer, late of Company K, Twenty-third Michigan Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the sum he now receives. Cleveland, wi ow of John H. Cleveland, a soldier of the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the amount now received by her under the law. Stiles, of the city of Rochester, New Stork, late a private in Company G, One hun ed and forty-eighth Regiment of New York olunteers, upon the invalid pension-rolls and pay him at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him.
