Approved, July 19, 1888. CHAP. 683.-An act granting a pension to Martin N. Kellogg. Ju1y19.lR88. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary gsrrin N. Kelp?. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on “”°" "‘°" ‘ the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin N. Kellogg, a Mexican war veteran, who served in Company H, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, and to pay him a pension of seventy-two dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
