Whaley, late of Company C. Sixth Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers, and of Company C. Forty-eighth Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers, on the pension-roll, and cause to be paid to him a pension of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him.
