Coughlin the sum of six hundred and thirty-one dollars and thirteen cents, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, said sum being difference of ay from laborer, at one dollar and twenty- five cents per day, to ski] ed laborer, at four dollars per_day, for two hundred and twenty-nine and one-half days, in arranging cataloguing, and classifying bound volumes of newspapers in the L1- brary of Congress.
