Approved, September 6, 1888. CHAP. 982.-An act for the relief of Mathew H.- Fulton. September 6,185. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary §j*¤¤:tH¢F¤¤<>¤- of the Troasuigy be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any ym u ` money in the reasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and thirty-seven dollars and two cents to Mathew H. Ful-_ ton, postmaster at Bucyrus, Ohio, the said sum being the amount of money stolen from the safe and from registered etters in the post-office at Bucyrus, Ohio, on the night 0 May ninth, eighteen undred and eighty-three, and which sum the said Fulton made good to the claimants from his own means. Saint Sure Lindefelt, late surgeon of the Fifteenth Wisconsin Volunteers, for pension, and, upo11 proper case made, to pension him the same as if he had been regularly mustered as assistant surgeon of the Twelfth Vtlisconsin Volunteers. Munnerlyn, o the county of Burke, State of Georgia, for services as assistant assessor of internal revenue of the United States from December, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, to September, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, and for which he has never received the pay allowed by law for such services. ’ Approved.
