Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the we Mumgm- United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ° °n` of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and l1m1tations of the ension laws, the name of Catharine Mulligan, mother of Patrick Mulligan, late a private of Company M, Fourteenth New York Heavy Artillery Volunteers. Received by the President October 5, 1888.
