Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary mvm Men-sweum. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay P”""‘°“"°· to David Meriwether, of Louisville, Kentucky, out of an moneys in the Treasury not otherwise applopriated, three thousand six hundred and thirt -two dollars and t irty-eight cents, being the amount due him as disbursing agent of public moneys; also live iundred and twenty-five dollars for loss of public moneys sustained without fault on his part; amounting in all to the sum of four thousand one hundred and fifty-seven dollars and thirty-eight cents as found and set forth b the Court of Claims in its findings of fact dated the fourteenth clay of December, eighteen hundred and eighty-five. Ha ‘wood, of Indianapolis, Indiana, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars and thirty-two cents, for grading and bowlding Market street, in said city, in front of the post-office and court-house building, as per estimate made by the civil engineer of the city of Indianapolis; and a sum sufficient therefor is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
