Be it enacted by the Senate and House og Representatives of the mgyhs H United States of America in Congress assent Zed, That the governor nesewmcn granted of the Territory of Wyoming is hereby authorized and empowered ”‘* "S"‘”“’°"°"’·°‘°· to cause to be selected and entered of the public lands containe within the boundaries of the Fort Sanders Military Reservation, in said Territory, as soon after the extension of the public surveys through said reservation as practicable, to an amount not exceeding six hundred and forty acres, as nearly as practicable in spuare form according to the public surveys; that the ands so selecte and entered are hereby granted to the Territory of Wyoming, for the purpose of enabling the said Territory to maintain thereon a fish-hatchery, and other I§33=·i•g{jc_m my nublic institutions: Provided, That if the said Territory shall at any P°time permit the said lands hereby granted to be used for an purpose not contemplated by this act, the said lands shall revert to tds United .
