Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Iclnsn Germ-! United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Nebraska gt;-'u°¥1ag€°¥1`sg¤Z:¥s Central Railway Company, a. c0rpora.tion existing under the laws of U•¤•*0¤¤•¤*·N°'*'· the State of Nebraska, bo, and is hereby, authorized to construct, 0 rate, and maintain a. bridge over the Missouri River at or ucar A HE; city of Omaha, in said State of Nebraska; said bridge when built ‘ shall not be located loss than one-third of one mile from any other bridge across said river, then built 01- in process of construction.
