Dawg, formerly Helen E. Eanverse, and the widow of Major Joseph Converse, late of the Eleventh Connecticut Volunteers, who was killed in action at Cold Harbor, Virginia, June third, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and pay her a widow’s pension from and after the passage of this act.
