Re it enacted by the Senate and House cz Repgsentatives of the Geom mm United States of America in Congress assem led, at the Secretary ‘ of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the invalid pension roll the name of George Everts, late of Company A, Fifteent Iowa Infantry Volunteers, the said pension to be subject to the limitations of the general pension laws at the rates to be established by the usual examination.
