Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the William rr.1=1em. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°"“'°” "‘°r°°"d’ of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and restrictions of the pension law, the name of William H. Head, late a soldier in Comppny G, Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, and during the exican war, and pay him at the rate of sixteen dollars a month, in lieu of the amount now paid him under certidcate numbered sixteen thousand six hundred and twenty-one.
