Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the gy 0ZN¤¤r United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary °° mof the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the restrictions of the pension law, the name of Nancy O’Neal, widow of John O’Neal, and pay her at the rate of twenty- five dollars a month, in lieu of the amount now paid her, as the widow of said John O’Neal, a soldier in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve. Approved, March 3, 1891. Merch 3· 1891- CHAP. 764.-An act granting increase of pension to Ellis P. Phipps. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the §gl.;€hP§{§rP;ui United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to lace on the pension roll, subject to the ripovisions and limitations of) the pension laws, the name of Ellis P. hipps, late lieutenant Company A, Twelfth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, at the rate of forty-five dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1891. Merch 3.1891- CHAP. 765.- An act granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Harriet E. Mm-tin. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the uma n. Mmm. United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary P°""°” ‘”°'°“"°· of the Interior be, and he is herebyli authorized and directed to place on the pension·roll the name of rs. Harriet E. Martin, widow of Erastus F. Martin, third assistant engineer United States Navy, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month, in lieu of the rate which she is now paid under pension certincate numbered three thousand one hundre and fifteen. Approved, March 3, 1891. Merch 8. 1891- CHAP. 766.-An act granting an increase of pension to Mrs. S. J. Rayner, Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatires of the lgij-$,3 United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he IS hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Mrs. S. J. Rayner, widow of Reverend James O. Rayner, late Chaplain United States Army, from twenty dollars per month to thirty dollars per month, to take eifect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1891.
