M¤y 28, 1896- Be it enacted tlie Senate and House of Representatives of the United States oj America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ¥·Cl£¤k§°¤ I¤g¤I'¤- Interior be, and_he is hereby, authorized and directed to place 011 the °°°1°°m°r°°°°d' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of T. Clarkson Ingalls, late of Company E, Thirty-eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 28, 1896. CHAP. 261.—A11 Act Granting a pension to Maud Ardelle Bliss. Bliss, late of Company B, Fourth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, payable to her legally constituted guardian. Approved, May 28, 1896. CHAP. 262.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Sophia D. Clendenin. Clendenin, widow of David R.
