Nesbitt, late a private in Company F, Semnd Illinois Cavalry, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of pension heretofore granted. Received by the President, January 5, 1897. Whetsel, late private in Company B, Second Begiment United States Cavalry, to sixteen dollars per month, for gunshot wound of right thigh and callouses of buttocks, in lieu of the pension which he now receives. Bacon, lieutenant-commander, United States Navy, a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month during her widowhood, in place of thirty dollars per month, which she is now receiving.
