Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States oj America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the R°¤*>°¤ H· W¤*•>¤‘¤· Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name P°°°1°°"°°”°°°d' of Reuben H. Waters, late of Company A, Fifty-second Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, on the pension roll, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899. CHAP. 267.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to William R. Christy. February 28, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Amer-iea in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Wi¤1i;¤¤¤B·¤1M¤¤y- Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°”“'°“‘“°'°"°°‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William R. Christy, late private in Company C, One hundred and thirty-eighth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company K, One hundred and forty-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month, in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1899. CHAP. 268.—An Act Granting a pension to Wilhelmina Barth. February 28, 1899. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Wilhelmina Barth, dependent mother of Theodore Barth, late member of Company 1, Tenth Indiana Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1899. CHAP. 269.-An Act Granting a pension to Mary C. Bates.
