Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ssmm s. mems- Interior be, and he IS hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the "1'{S.,,,,i,,,,_ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel S. McDonald, late of Company I, First Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1899. ' CHAP. 475.-An Act Granting a pension to J. K. Hager. March 9, 1899.
