` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the gension laws, the name of Eli Over ultz, late of Company I, One hun red and first Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars p_er month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
