APFiE>»l900- CHAP. 312.-—An Act Granting a pension to Emily Burke. _ _ Be it enacted by the Senate and [lease ofRe Jresentatiyes of the Ubzited f;§},‘Q§£"“‘° States of America in (Qbngress assembled, Tbat the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby. authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Emily Burke, widow of John Burke, late iirst lieutenant Company F, Seventy-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month and two dollars per month additional for each of her minor children until such children shall arrive at the age of sixteen years. Fiields, widow of George W. Fields, late of Company I, Forty-seventh Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Militia, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for the child of said George W. Fields · until said child shall arrive at the age of sixteen years. Approved, April 23, 1900.
