Richardson, former widow of Chesley Pratt, late of Third Battery Minnesota Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at tlre rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 5, 1900. CHAP. 359.-—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaac W. Comery. May 5,1900.- Be it enacted by the Senate and House 0 f Re resentatices of tbe United States of America in Congress assembled, Tbat the Secretary of the mae W.§Jomery. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°"S‘°“1”°r°”°d‘ pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the ension aws, the name of Isaac W. Cbmery, late captain Company A, 'Fwenty- first Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving, Approved, May 5, 1900. Johnson, widow of Major John Lockrell Johnson, late One hundred and tenth Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay her a pension of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, May 5, 1900. CHAP. 361.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Anna M. Deitzler. May 5,1900.
