Richardson, former widow of Chesley Pratt, late of Third Battery Minnesota Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at tlre rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 5, 1900. CHAP. 359.-—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Isaac W. Comery.
