May 5. 1900- CHAP. 3’73.——An Act Granting an increase of pension to Levi Mc ser. _ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R,§§resentati·ves of the United §§§g§§{§’§$,§,,€,S€d_ States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Levi Moser, late of Company I, One hundred and fifty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
