Shipp. May 24, 1900, ` Be it enacted by the Senate and House 0 f Re esentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 'lzlfat the Secretary of the M¤rs¤r¢$B- Shirp Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°S]°nm°m°° ' pension roll, subject to the Iprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Margaret . Shi p, widow.of William E. Shipp, late first 1ieutenant,Tenth Regiment Uliuted States Cavalry, and pa her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars er month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Vlilliam E. Tradewell, late of Captain E1more’s company, South Carolina Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. B aisdell, late army nurse, Medical epartment, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Latham from service as a captain of the Twenty-first Regiment of Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and to issue a certiiicate of honorable discharge for him, to date from the fourteenth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-five; and the said Latham shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the 1nilitary service of the United States on said date: Provided, That no 1i»·<wisq. pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue M pa"°t°' of the passage of this Act.
