Topping, late of Company M, Twenty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Be it enacted by the Senate and House 0 f Regresentatfives of the United §g§>§0‘;·i§g;L1;§;& States of America in Cbngress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen H. Ighillips, widow of Morton L. Phillips, late captain, United States Revenue—Cutter Service, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
