Congress assemb , That the Fargo, Duluth an mm may briggenhkgg Northwestern Railroad Company, a corporation duly organized unda {}*,',§f,f’§f}‘>$k,° the general mcorporation laws of the State of Norm Dakota, its sw cessors and assigns, is hereby authorized to construct and maintain bridge across the Red River of the North at or near the city of Farg¢ Cass County, North Dakota, and also to lay on and over said bridge railway track or tracks for the passage of railway trains.
