For the War Department, two hundred and twenty-four thousand five hundred dollars, of which sum twelve thousand dollars shall be for the index catalogue of the library of the Surgeon-General’s Office. For the Department of Justice, thirteen thousand dollars. For the Post—Office Department, exclusive of the Money-OrderOfiice, three hundred thousand dollars.
