Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Robert S. Rose, late of Company I, First Regiment Georgia Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William E. Collin, helpless and dependent son of Jacob W. Collin, late of Company A, Fourth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Choat, widow of William Choat, late of Company K, Tenth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Olive Bassett, widow of Michael Bassett, late of the First Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
