Chap. 1924.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to William L. Johnston.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William L. Johnston, late of Company I, One hundred and thirty-fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Richard E. Bouldin, late Captain Company C, Seventh Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Stoodley, widow of Benjamin H . Stoodley, late of Company K, Eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
