Chap. 2148.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Hougendobler.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Hougendobler, late of Company E, Seventy-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis Stadler, junior, late of Company D, Seventh Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Dingler, dependent mother of George Neville, late of Company F, Twenty-third Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
