Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the health officer of the District of Columbia be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a permit for the interment in the District of Columbia of the remains of the late Rose Dillon Seeger, formerly a resident of the District of Columbia and a citizen of the United States, who died at Panama January second, nineteen hundred and five.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, to Charles Blake, pay clerk, United States Navy, the sum of seven hundred dollars, said sum to be a payment in full of all losses ofp ersonal property incurred by him by reason of the destruction by fire of the Windsor House, at Yokohama, japan, on the morning of February eighth, eighteen hundred and eighty-six.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to James F. Mclndoe, captain, Corps of Engineers, late first lieutenant, Corps of Engineers, United States Army, the sum of one thousand one hundred forty-two dollars and seventy cents, being the value of his personal effects destroyed by fire on the thirteenth day of February, nineteen hundred and one, through the destruction by fire of the engineer quarters at Fort Hancock, New Jersey, as determined by a board of survey which met by order of Major-General Brooks at Fort Hancock, New Jersey, on the fifteenth day of March, nineteen hundred and one.
