States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary ot the “°{’,;,m,m ,,,_ Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey the sum of seven undred and nine dollars, out of any money 1D the Treasury not otherwise - a propriated, the same being the amount collected by mistake from this said Central Railroad Company of New Jerseyqby the deputy collector of the United Stateswnustoms for the port of ew York on March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and four, on account of up alleged violation of said railroad’s obligation as a carrier of unappraised merchandise under bond. ‘
