{P¤*‘¤*¢· N¤· 964-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of bevresentatives of the United L,,,,, _,,_ Hinkley_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P<->¤¤i¤¤ i¤¤¤¤¤¤¢¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laura A. Hinkley, widow of Clark Hinkley, late of Company B, One hundred and second Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of a minor child of said soldier until such child g¤vf¤¤¤- m arrives at the a e of sixteen years: Provided further, That in the ae¤zi1irii>1“s¤i°un¢f°°°° °° event of the deati of Rhoda Hinkley, helpless and dependent child of said Clark Hinkley the additional pension of twelve dollars per month herein granted shall cease and determine: And provided jizrtber, That mgegfggygmcéfd <>¤ in the event of the death of Laura A. Hinkley the name of said Rhoda ' Hinkley shall be placed on the ension roll, subject to the prov1sions . and limitations of the nsion laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per
