Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laews, the name of Asher D. Bice, late of Company G, One hundred and thirty-fonrth Regiment New York Volunteer nfantry,_and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in l1eu of
