No-1896-1 Be it enacted any the Senate and House of R'i?T686%ZdlZ®€8 of the United _mdm,T_w,,m,m_ States of America in Ocngress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension i¤¤r¤¤¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lizews, the name of Andrew T. Welman, late of Company A, hirty- third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, One hundred and seventeenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer nfantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of 'that e is now receiving.
