Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on- the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Martha A. Tompkins, widow of George W. Tompkins, late of Company E, Twenty-seventh Regiment Missouri Volunteer Mounted In ntriy, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, an two do lars per month on account of each of the two minor children of said George W. Tompkins until they shall
