F. stains of mines. Tarbell, of Boston, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, said sum having been exacted as duties and paid to the collector of customs at the port of Boston by the said Tarbell, on the third day of December, nineteen hundred argl two, covering a consi ment of one hundred and forty-four head of cattle ship d from fgxliiada in bond via Boston, Massachusetts, to Liverpool, Ehgland, on the twenty-fifth day of November, nineteen hundred and two, and being prohibited from being so shipiped by general orders from the Department of Agriculture, dated the twenty-seventh day of November, nineteen hundred and two, said cattle being then slaughtered and exported on the Cestrian on the tenth day of December, nineteen hundred and two. Sec. 2.
