[ri-ivnw, sn. 241:.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Albmu Rm States of America in Uongress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension,.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed t.o place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension linews, the name of Albert M. Ryan, late of Captain Michael M. Culbreath’s company, Alabama Scouts and Guides, and pay him a pension at the rate o eight dollars per mouth.
