States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ¤¤¤¤P-I Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subjectto the provisions and limitations of the pension llnsws, the name of Wihiam C. Berghahn, late of Company D, Third Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
