Also that a suitable gate or entry way e made ·in the stone wall which now divides the two cemeteries, so that persons may readily pass from one to the other. Whatever additions funds may be required for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act shall be paid out of any fund whic may be available for the maintenance of national cemeteries.
