III. oe. 231. 1911. 1107 district court for the Texarkana division shall be held at Texarkana on the second Mondays in May and November; for the Fort Smith division, at Fort Smith on the second Mondays in January and June; and for the Harrison division, at Harrison on the second Mondays in April and October. The eastern district shall include the territory mmm mama. embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the Dm"°'“‘ counties of Lee, Phillips, Saint Francis, Cross, Monroe, and Woodruff, which shall constitute the eastern division of said district; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Independence, Cleburne, Stone, Izard, Sharp, and Jackson, which shall constitute the northern division of said district; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Crittenden, Clay, Craighead, Greene, Mississippi, Poinsett, Fulton, Randolph, and Lawrence, which shall constitute the Jonesboro division of said district; and. also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Arkansas, Ashley Bradley, Chicot, _ Clark, Cleveland, Conway, Dallas, Desha, Drew, Faulkner, Garland, . Grant, Hot Sprinlg, Jefferson, Lincoln, Lonoke, Montgomery, Perry Pope, .Prairie, P aski, Saline, Van Buren, and White, which shall constitute the western division of said district. Terms of the district 'f°”¤°· court for the eastern division shall be held at Helena on the second Monday in March and the first Monday in October; for the northern division, at Batesville on the fourth Monday in May and the second Monday in December; for the Jonesboro division, at Jonesboro on the second Monda s in May and November; and for the western division, at Little Bock on the first Monday in April and the third Monday in October. The clerk of the court for e eastern district WM shall maintain an office in charge of himself or a deputy at Little Rock, at Helena, at Jonesboro, and at Batesville, which shall be kept 0 en at all timw for the transaction of the business of the court. Terms of the district court for the northern district shall be held at San Francisco on the first Monday in March, the second Monday in July, and the first Monday in November; at Sacramento on Shri second Monday in April; and at Eureka on the third Monday in u y.
